  Making a retreat independently in a monastery provides you with an opportunity for intensive spiritual study, for meditative time in silence, and for the prayer of the Divine Office with the monastic community. Added to this is the best opportunity of all, the ready availability of the sacraments. Please contact us to arrange your retreat.
  
  * At the moment our facility only allows single men to come for this self-retreat experience. If you are a woman or if you are under 21, please make your first retreat with a group to get to know the place and the monks, and you will be able to arrange future retreats being more familiar with the monastery and its surroundings.
